Boot-Repair-Disk is a live CD that repairs multiple Linux distributions. Boot-Repair Disk repairs the grub boot loader of Linux and can repair multiple editions of Microsoft Windows operating systems. Boot-Repair-Disk serves as a free recovery disk with a one-click repair design system. It can optionally connect to the internet to post diagnostics of a user's disk partition tables to pastebin sites for further online community assistance.

2.Hiren's BootCD

Hiren's BootCD is a bootable software CD containing a number of diagnostic programs such as partitioning agents, system performance benchmarks, disk cloning and imaging tools, data recovery tools, MBR tools, BIOS tools, and many others for fixing various computer problems. SpinRite is a computer software program for scanning magnetic data storage devices such as hard disks, recovering data from them and refreshing their surfaces. 5.Trinity Rescue Kit

Trinity Rescue Kit (TRK) is a free and open-source Linux distribution with a command-line interface. TRK was designed for deployment as a live CD or live USB. The author of TRK, Tom Kerremans, includes in the distribution various third-party software utilities for repairing damaged files, recovering data, resetting passwords, detecting computer viruses, and disk cloning.
